I have never actually seen a Monty Python skit or movie.
But...........
I've read about them on Wikipedia.

It's between the "Ministry of Silly Walks" sketch and the "Dead Parrot" sketch.

Greetings, fellow Python fans!
Well, my absolute favourite sketch is from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the scene where King Arthur meets Dennis and the Old Woman: the Anarcho-Syndicalist peasants.
I actually performed this "Monty Python Trialogue" by myself for my school's talent show. My costume simply consisted of a cape, which I wore behind my back when I was King Arthur. When I was Dennis the peasant, I hunched over and held the cape in front of me as a kind of cloak. For the Old Woman, I hunched down even lower, twisted my neck so I was looking straight up (I'm pretty flexible), and spoke in a high-pitched voice. During the whole sketch I was constantly changing my posture and tone of voice to switch from character to character.
So, why is this my favourite Monty Python sketch?
Well, for quotes like this:
Dennis: "You can't expect to wield supreme executive power! Just because some watery tart threw a sword at you!"
King Arthur: "Shut up!"
Yep. Take that you monarchist snob, King Arthur! "Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not some farcical aquatic ceremony!"
Political humour - gotta' love it!
