No, not who I'm necessarily attracted to, just fictional characters I find awesome. For example, I wouldn't want to go to the prom with Death.
Ron is the only fictional character I am truly attracted to, other than the ones I have invented. And by Ron, I mean the book character, NOT the actor from the films.

i repeat: WHO IS DEATH?
and i thought rupert grint did pretty well as ron, particularly in 2 when thye were surrounded by the acromantulas and he was on the verge of tears. and in 4, with the long hair...

I think Rupert Grint is a good actor and very funny, and he seems like a nice enough guy, and it's not his fault that the script writers always make him out to be an idiot in the films. But I'm not *attracted* to him. I like Ron, the character from the books, the way I imagine him. I've never felt actually attracted to an actor, because I don't know them personally, I just know the characters they play and the public 'self' they put out in interviews.
DEATH is the Grim Reaper from the Discworld books. He's really funny and actually a pretty nice guy.
Why does Kane have three stars?

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
i don't know, rupert grint...you've got to admit, he's pretty adorable. and the movie writers pretty much screwed up the books all the way. i mean, ron in the books is really insensitve and tactless, alongside harry, but they're teenaged boys. we can't expect that much, can we? buuut, yeah. i've been re-reading the books in preperation for the seventh and i'd forgotten how much better they are tahn the movies! the movies actaully give the stories a different...feel...if you know what i mean, than the impressiveness of the books.

Yeah, what I like about Ron in the books is that he's just... exactly like a real person. He seems like someone you can imagine going to school with. His mannerisms and habits and stuff are so real... I have a suspicion that the reason why I like him so much is because I'm a writer and I can't help but love a well-written and well-developed character.
Harry's a lot cooler in the books than in the films as well. He has some good lines and stuff-- he's a pretty sarcastic guy. HERMIONE, however, has always scared me. She's kind of creepy, all high-strung and shrieky and tense all the time. The only thing I like about her is her hair... which is suspiciously like mine.

hermione in the books is so uptight that whenever she does anything in any way spontanious everyone goes running for the bunkers, cuz they all know the world's about to end. but yeah. i've been getting really serious about writing lately, and i'm reading the books to kind of study how rowling gets it all to flow and makes the characters so normal. it makes the entire concept of a wizarding world existing just out of our line of sight all the more believable. the only thing that i've written so far that i really feel good about is the HP fic that i've got on here. i'm taking a creative writing course over the summer, though, so that should help. and kane, loads of people are arachnophobic. i'm afraid of spider CRICKETS just because of their name.
