74% obsessed, baby. Very obsessed. You may be suffering from withdrawl symptoms while waiting for the next book to come out.
And I'm really, really into Les Miserables and Monty Python and Scarlet Pimpernel and the magical creations of Neil Cicierega and Ryan Murphy and Michael Ball and Terrence Mann as well... so this is saying something.

1. Told your little brother and sister that if they jump of the shed roof while on a broom they will be able to fly (I was nine o.k and they didn't break anything!)
2. Read your favorite hp book more than 20 times (including when your parents or sibs read them to you)
3. Created a pitions room in your basement
4. Played Harry Potter imaginary games all the way of to grade 7.
5. Named your imaginary friend Ginny Weasley
7. Memerised the last word of every book.
8. Celebrate each of the characters birthday's (Fred and Georges is the same as mine!)
9. Bought a broom and written Nimbus 2000 on it's handle.
10. Convinced yourself that you are a witch.
11. convincedc your friends that you are a witch.
12. Built a mailbox and hung it beside your up stairs window for owls.
13. Learned how to read Angelo Saxon ruins because Hermione could read ancient ruins.
14. Learned how to do Arithmancy and rejoiced when your life number is 7!
That's all i can think of that i've done so far.

Think "Gryffindor's going down!" when you are in a neck-and-neck* race in a review quiz.
Think of Snapes every time you hear the name Tobias.
You decide that SS=Q/NM, TMR=Narrator, and M/P=L (or is this a sign of an EAP problem?) and also keep reciting the line "What this grim, ungainly, ghastly Gaunt and ominous bird of yore meant in croaking nevermore".
Mistakenly believe that Rincewind is named Rincewald until you've read at least two books about him.
Name Severus's maternal grandfather's falcon Bandobras in your fanfiction.
To be technical, I like the series, but I don't particularly like the title character... I have a bizarre habit of writing fanfiction and making it up in my head and then have even canonical characters evolve; I forget that nobody knows who Alec, Mortola, Meidathea, and Hiram Gaunt are since they're as familiar to me as Fred and George Weasley are to you. Especially confusing could be such people as Napoleon, Clio, Bella, Alex, Lila, Calvin, and Saffrona Mazzim, as I'm the only one who even knows who the Mazzims are, unless I mentioned it.
*CMOTD! ;D I think of myself as Ravenclaw/Slytherin.

That last part went right to my heart...I do that too, but not with HP. And apparently I've passed it on to my sister who just told me that when she thinks about the next PJ (Percy Jackson and the Olympians) book, she's sad because she knows Anima (my OC, a daughter of Hades...for some reason I always imagine Schmergo looking a bit like her) won't be in it.
