Ok..
Feel free to confess to liking bands and such that you make fun of around your friends but listen to when you get home.
Or dumb songs that nobody likes...except you.

I might as well start it off... I listen to the emo, and the metal, and the really heavy metal, but I'm in love with Panic! At the Disco's first CD...(I wont even touch the new one because I heard the first single on the radio and it was nothing like the emo club rock stuff I love....) As well as that, on my iPod I have Chocolate Rain, Cherry Chocolate Rain (The one when Tay Sold out), and the Chocolate Rain 8bit remix: www.youtube.com/watch?v=caIBKOztlAoI also enjoy the works of Nellly Furtado

I'm like that with High School Musical and Legally Blonde the musical.
Except now I've pretty much come out of the High School musical-loving closet and I'm out in the open about it because I was in the show this summer.
Legally Blonde and I have a love-hate relationship. On good days, I like about half the songs. On bad days, I hate them all. Sometimes, I just have to listen to it, though.
I also have Chocolate Rain and Cherry Chocolate Rain...
I guess I'm also like that with Elton John. And, on my very elitist Broadway website, "Cats" and "Wicked." I make fun of them all the time on there, but I actually love them both. Also, I own several songs by Daughtry. Yeah, I'm pretty lame.

I love REM! My guilty pleasure is hyper, fast-paced, high-pitched foreign Pop music! Mainly japanese. I adore it.

I actually like the Gothic Archies' The Tragic Treasury. I also made up the following wacky song this morning, which is meant to be sung badly with a disco type sound (I think):
Shalmanesar! Tiglathpilesar! Where are you? Where are you now? Help me remember What you're remembered for! Who were your people? Who did you conquer? What did you do?
Also, I may further elaborate on this, but I bring you a refrain of "Mesopotamian Pie". To be sung in the spirit of "The Saga Begins":
Bye, bye, Old Akkadian Guy Sorry, Sargon, Ur Nammu says he's gonna rule us and we have no reply And all his men are sitting 'round saying "It's Ur's Third Dynasty" "It's Ur's Third Dynasty"
Nothing, I assure you (sarcastic wink inserted here) to do with The Mesopotamians
We're the Mesopotamians! Sargon, Hammurabi, Ashurbanipal, and Gilgamesh!
Or Istanbul(Constantinople)--now it's Istanbul, now Constantinople.

Mouse-- I wrote a song for Pi Day last year so my sister could bring it into school for extra credit and say she wrote it. (I do that a lot.) It's to the tune of American Pie and goes like this:
A long, long time ago I began reciting pi And now I don't think I can quit. My beard has grown down to the floor Since I first said "3.14..." For thirty years, I've carried on a bit. I didn't listen to my friend When he said that pi had no end-- He said I was retarded To finish what I'd started. But really, between you and I My friend was right, I'm one dumb guy And now, I think I'm going to die Before I finish pi.
I keep on singing... Pie, pie, 3.1415 With a nine and two and six And then a five, three, and five. And after that, there's an eight and a nine There's no end, but you can keep on tryin.' No end, but you can keep on tryin'.

That is a hilarious parody. I think I'll have to print it out and give it to my former math teacher on pi day, I think he'll love it. I've never heard of R.E.M., unfortunately. I will try to fix that. Also, I have no clue what Mouse just said, and chances are that I shouldn't even try.
Hmmm, guilty pleasure bands... I have to say that I like that one girl who sang 'Bubbly' and 'Realize. I think her name's Colbie Caillat? I can also stand Miley Cyrus. She doesn't give me a headache like some pop artists do. I can also stand Hillary Duff and Demi Lovato. I know, crazy, right? If any of my friends from school heard me say that, I don't think that they'd believe me. (I'm a die-hard rock fan. Pop, rap, and most country will almost always give me a headache.) Speaking of music that I like, I'm so glad that Schmergo wrote some of "Everybody's Changing" by Keane in her Potter's Pentagon, because now I absolutely love that band!

Funny you should mention that. There's more Keane in "The Past." ^_^

Oh, now I remember! Yes, I love them too. "It's the end of the world as we know it (and I feel fine)" was my favorite song for the longest time. I can't believe I didn't recognize the name of the band!

There is a song somewhere (I didn't write it)
Pi, Pi Mathematical Pi Starts three point one four one five nine two Six five three five eight nine seven eight four six two six four three three eight three two seven nine five (?I think... That's as far as I know pi. And, of course, there's e--2.71828182845904523 (?--corrected)
