Explain your reasoning in a post.
There is also a Disney Hero and Disney Heroine poll.
This one asks "Which one is the coolest" rather than "Which one do you relate to," because frankly, I don't think kids should be relating to these characters. ^_^

This was NOT an easy choice for me. I had to choose between Scar and Frollo!
Both have lovely British accents, beautiful character designs, actual reasons for their evil-ness (Scar was jealous of his brother, Frollo was just plain confused, having never been in love), wonderful literary basis (Frollo was based on the character of the same name from Victor Hugo's Notre Dame de Paris, Scar was based on Claudius from Shakespeare's Hamlet), and both have really good villain songs.
But I picked Scar in the end. One, Scar is funny. Frollo is extremely evil, but he isn't funny at all. Two, Scar is strangely adorable, with his prancing walk and his skinny little frame and the comical faces and gestures he makes. Three, Scar actually kills someone and fools a heck of a lot of people, which most villains rarely do-- I can't think of any other Disney villains who succeeded at permanently killing a good guy. Four, Scar has comical sidekicks, and Frollo works alone.

I was trying to decide between Scar, Frollo, and Hades, when I remembered that...
Frollo is French.
That pretty much clinched it for me.

I'm terribly glad you picked Frollo, because I didn't, and he needed some love. Especially since Esmerelda didn't pick him either.
Dude, I am lending you my copy of Hunchback in return for Fatal Purity. Tell me what you think! It has some bizarrely hilarious parts... and some bizarrely huge tangents, as well as a terrible beginning. But I love it.

I picked Scar, because he has a line that I frequently quote -- "I'm surrounded by idiots." Of course, he says it seriously, and I say it jokingly. . . .
Bah. I wish I had better reasoning. I blame my sugar deprivation.

I think I've said that not jokingly. But it was under my breath about the Social Studies Teacher From Heck, who hated me for no reason whatsoever. (Which is strange, considering the fact that--equally strangely--all my other teachers have like me...surprisingly, because I'm such a smart aleck and I talk in class. I mooed for an entire English period before and didn't get in trouble...)
Anyway, Scar rocks!

It was between Mad Madam Mim and Yzma. I chose Yzma. Yep.

I'd pick Ursula, mostly because I'd love to play her in the Broadway version. She gets to be one of the most important characters and be in all the important scenes, but she doesn't have to appear on stage the whole time, which, frankly, would make me faint. I thought for a second about Frollo, then decided that he creeps me out too much. - H.G.

I know! I'd love to be Ursula, too! That's one of my dreams (though it irritates me how 'sexy' they make Ursula on Broadway. I liked her better in the movie).
Yeah, that's why I didn't pick Frollo. Guy is TOO much of a villain.

I chose Yzma as she's incredibly zany and her evil plots have so many pointless tangents.

Oh, I love Gaston! And he gets to sing in every single one of my favourite songs from the show except for "If I Can't Love Her". ("Gaston," "Me," "Maison des Lunes," "Belle," and "The Mob Song.") Fast forward to 6:10 on this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaY6ilyIMFk This guy is the most adorkable (and probably the scrawniest) Gaston ever. That face he keeps making is hilarious.

Er, it's "Sam Hill." Close enough.
But when I made this poll, I only had the ANIMATED villains in mind. There are looooooads of non-animated Disney films, and if I were to include Davy J, then I'd have to include all those other movies. Don't you worry, there's another thread about Pirates of the Caribbean characters.

Well, Davy Jones is partly computer animated.

Arrrgh, you're too clever for your own good, Luna. ^^
Incidentally, have you been on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World? Davy Jones' face is projected on the mist, and it's AWESOME.

Haven't been to Disney World in a while. I have ridden the Pirates de la Carribe ride, but it was before the second and third movies. I remember my favourite ride of ever was Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride. There was a spitting camel. (What a wonderful description.)

Pirates has always been my favourite Disney ride, even before the movies! But my OTHER favourite was the Jungle Cruise. Those guides are funny. I'm always the only one who laughs at the jokes... darnit...
I also like that Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin. I only shot one target last time I rode it. My brother shot literally ninety. But all I did the whole time was spin the car around in circles, without a break. My brother was trying to bite my head off because it was affecting his aim. Oh, and I love the Mad Hatter's Tea Party because I'm obsessed with SPINNING THINGS!
