Sierre Bogess is lovely indeed.
I'd have to say my utter favourites are Terrence Mann and Michael Ball. Douglas Sills is up there, too. My favourite female musical star is probably Susan Egan because her voice is incredible... I like Kristen Chenoweth, too, as she's adorable.

Michel Sardou - oh, that voice... And: George Hearn - does it need a comment? John Owen-Jones - sexiest Valjean ever Carl Anderson -

Two more I forgot: CHRISTIAN BORLE. So nerdy, so awkward, so adorable. www.youtube.com/watch?v=58Ls1thqHGo&feature=related (Short Legally Blonde clip) www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBz_WS6CdWc&feature=related (short Spamalot clip) And the obvious-- NORRRRRRRRRRRRM LEWIS, BAYBEZ! (Yes, I always put the word 'baybez' on the end of his name. It seems to fit. He has the kind of name that works like 'LEEEEEEROOOOY JENNNKINS!") Norm Lewis is the merman in this clip, but it was awhile ago, so he's more mooscular nowadays than he was in this clip. His voice is still strong, though! www.youtube.com/watch?v=10hm6Mo0nYkHmm, we seem to have at least four Javerts on this thread already. Just further proof of the fact that Javerts are higher beings. Also, I'll have to put Alexander Gemignani on there. Have to admit, I think I like him a shade more than John Owen-Jones... Alex Gemignani doing a ridiculous singing mad lib to "Bring Him Home" www.youtube.com/watch?v=2W7NMdHK-0o

What about Tim Curry? He's pretty cool. And he played Arthur in the original cast of Spamalot! And he was Rooster in the movie of "Annie!" And he used to look exactly like Terrence Mann!

Michael Crawford is good. My school did Hello Dolly as our play last year. It was fun.

I LOVE Colm Wilkinson. He's NUTS. I gave him the title of "Coolest Old Guy Ever." He's pretty weird as the Phantom, though: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fzUAIL-oIk (Colm's the second Phantom singing, after MC.) As for Michael Crawford, I love him as the Phantom so very, very much, but... not so fond of him as Count Fosco in "The Woman In White." Michael Ball played the part way better. It's not MC's fault, he was just horribly miscast. I've never been in "Hello Dolly." Or seen it, for that matter, though I've seen Wall*E, which was pretty cute. Immediately, I was like, "Omigosh, that IS Michael Crawford! But he's... American! But... it's him!"

I don't know anything about these musical people. Except for Tim Curry... He narrates a lot of the Series of Unfortunate Events audiobooks, and he narrated Nero in an animated children's series about early Christians. So the first time I listened to a SoUE audiobook, I kept thinking of Nero.(as in the nasty Roman emperor, not the nasty vice-principal)

YES! I listen to all those Series of Unfortunate Events books in the car when I go on a car trip. Tim Curry IS Mr. Poe for me. Gotta love him. He's played SOOO many characters. Just go to his internet movie database. The list is insanely long. I must have seen him in a million different things, usually as a voice actor.
I'd love to be a voice actor on the side someday, a reader of books on tape or a cartoon voices, so he's kind of my idol.
