WARNING! The following video may cause nausea, profuse bleeding of the ears and eyes, and several other unpleasant things. And anger. Lots of that. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQZMRcJn0DsIt is Hello Goodbye- the Jonas Brothers cover. Even THEY didn't want to do it! Anyway, the person who posted it thinks they IMPROVED the song. They thought they improved the song? ...I don't think my hearing will ever be the same. My poor ears... I'd go straight back to bed, but I think I'd have nightmares.

The wiki article for that song makes it sound a little like BBC = Vetinari... Anyway, I wasn't familiar with the song (shoot me if you care to) and though I think the Beatles sound better than the Jonas brothers, I'm thinking WOE!?* What were you thinking when you put on those shiny, bright coats?*I am introducing the acronym WOE. (What on earth?) It has advantages three: 1-no profanity in the explanation 2-It sounds like one is questioning whether woe and doom are upon us due to this unwise decision. 3-It also sounds a little like "whoa!"

What annoys me most are the Jonas Brothers fangirls who are telling Beatles fans to get a life. They post things like Jonas Brothers forever and think that anyone who thinks otherwise should get counceling or die, apparently. Well, let me put it this way, in the case of Jonas Brothers forever, forever must now mean "as long as they're popularity lasts. Come a few years, when the Jonas Brothers are no longer popular, they'll probably deny ever being fans and make fun of them. Meanwhile, it's been around thirty years, and the Beatles still have a loyal fanbase.

Y'know, for the first time, I'm actually getting Beatles songs stuck in my head. Today's was your favorite, Ankh; Saturday was the one of this thread, "Hello, Goodbye", and at some point, "All you need is love".

As far as my limited knowledge goes, it's a Japanese suffix for male names.
Ooh! I went to Kay's black belt testing last night! So much fun!

It is a Japanese Suffix for names...
[offtopicshowingoff]Here's the extent of my knowledge of name suffixes, correct me if I"m wrong.
-san sort of like Mr./ Ms.
-sama is a very formal version of -san
-chan is more informal, used for women and small children
-kun is primarily used for males, and like chan, it is informal
-sensei basically means teacher. [/offtopicshowingoff]
